Okay, you caught me…I’m lazy. I want to eat something tasty, but put in the minimal effort necessary—and already simple recipes are no exception! Without furthor ado: lazy chicken andouille cornbread.
Preheat oven per the cornbread packet instructions (375° F). Mix
- 1 package Marie Calendar’s Original Cornbread
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- 3-4 diced Chicken Andouille Sausage (I use Open Nature’s)
Pour into cooking container (I used a 9×9 casserole dish) and mix half-heartedly. Bake for 35 minutes, until golden brown.
